Arcada Further Education will inform the applicant of the decision. The invoice will be sent to the address given by the applicant. Note that by confirming that you accept your study place, it means that you undertake to pay a participation fee + materials fee.

Note : Cancellation conditions

If you cancel your application before the application deadline you will not be charged any participation fee.

If you cancel your participation in a course after receiving a decision that you have been granted a study place and confirmed your study place, you will be charged a non-refundable 50% of the participation fee.

If you cancel your participation of a course which already has started the participation fee will be charged fully.

A person who fails to pay the participation fee fully cannot participate in the course and cannot thus obtain a certificate for attending/ passing the course.

If the course will not attract a sufficient number of participants Arcada Further education reserves the right to suspend the course.
